Dear Friends, It gives me immense pleasure to present the Annual Activity Report of Technical Training Institute (TTI) for the year 2021-2022. This report reflects not just the milestones we have achieved but also the unwavering dedication of our team, the support of our partners, and the trust of the communities we serve. Since its inception in 1986, TTI has been driven by the mission to empower individuals and build sustainable communities through innovation, research, and active participation. Despite challenges, including financial constraints and the continued impact of global uncertainties, we have stayed committed to promoting education, health, livelihood, and capacity building across Odisha. This year, we are proud to have trained hundreds of artisans, empowered women through self-help groups, supported children’s education, and conducted meaningful research to drive impactful change. These efforts, rooted in collaboration and community engagement, have enabled us to touch countless lives and pave the way for a better future. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our Board members, Advisory team, staff, volunteers, and partner organizations for their invaluable contributions. Your unwavering commitment and shared vision of progress have been the driving force behind our success.
